All gift vouchers can be redeemed at our shop, online and by telephone.

Terms & Conditions

This voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
This voucher can be redeemed at Summerill & Bishop, 100 Portland Road, London W11 4LQ.
To redeem the voucher for mail order please call 020 7229 1337 / 0207 221 4566 and quote the serial number on the front of the voucher.
To redeem the voucher online enter the serial number (on the front of the voucher) in the coupon code box that is displayed on the checkout page and select ‘apply coupon’.
Only one gift voucher per order can be redeemed online, to use multiple gift vouchers please call the number above to redeem your vouchers by telephone.
Gift Vouchers can only be redeemed online if the good value is equal or greater than the voucher value.
Gift Vouchers should be treated like cash. They cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
This voucher can be used in part payment of goods, with the balance payable by cash, credit or debit card.
Any change or refunds for goods purchased with the vouchers will be given in gift vouchers, the expiry date for which will be 12 months from the date of issue of the original voucher.
This voucher cannot be used against gift wrap, postage and packaging charges.
This voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
Altered, defaced or cancelled vouchers will not be accepted.
No liability will be accepted for the replacement or refund of lost, stolen or destroyed vouchers.
We reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time.
