Pastry Brush

A lovely pastry brush made from natural horse hair bristle with a beech handle.

For more than a hundred years, visually impaired artisans have been hand making these high quality brushes using traditional Swedish methods. Attaching each individual bundle of natural bristles to the base of the brush with their steady hands, the result is a beautiful, functional and much coveted brush that only improves with age. Perfectly balanced and suited to their respective tasks Iris Hantverk brushes and tools are also pleasing handcrafted objects in their own right.
