We've joined forces with our incredible Holland Park/Notting Hill neighbour, Melt, to bring you a Masterclass designed to be equal parts mouth-watering and informative.
Join us at School on 10th May with Melt's Head Chocolatier Kate Fletcher. Together we'll get all of our chocolate questions answered, learn some new ways to rethink using chocolate instead of traditional desserts, how presentation can make a world of a difference, and of course what we really mean by 'great chocolate'. Most excitingly, under Kate's expert eye we'll be making chocolate bark of our very own - complete with health conscious topping!Materials for the evening will be provided during the class and our signature S&B Goody Bag for after!
