We like to think of this layered, lustrous piece as a centrepiece on its own—you don't need much more on the table to make a statement.

Hand-woven in Paris on one of just two specialist looms left in the world, this bold and bright tablecloth has a wonderfully rich, textured feel that is achieved with layer upon layer of silk ribbon, raffia, lustrous quality threads, and more.

For extra effect, we chose thick, equally embellished trims and fringes for all the edges.    

 

Dry clean only.

A 175cm x 175cm tablecloth will fit between four and five people around the table.
A 160cm x 300cm tablecloth will fit between six and eight people around the table.
A 160cm x 380cm tablecloth will fit between ten and twelve people around the table.

The Story

To create this collection, we tracked down Malhia Kent, one of the original textile manufacturers that worked with Coco Chanel to produce many of her unmistakable tweeds, and that continues to make the fabrics for many of today's major fashion houses. Think of our SS'16 collection as S&B's own take on the Chanel jacket: A quartet of iconic styles in candy coloured hues that will give the table that timelessly cool look for years to come.
