International Orders
The standard international delivery service used at Summerill & Bishop is a premium courier service, we use this as we want to ensure all our products arrive safely and on time. Please check the table below to see if we ship to your country. For delivery charges to Ireland, Channel Islands, Scotland, Wales and the UK please click here.
For large or bulky orders where the freight cost exceeds the specified charge Summerill & Bishop will contact the customer to agree the increased freight charge before dispatching the goods.
As soon your order is dispatched you will receive an email confirmation. If you are shipping your order to a country outside the EU zone then VAT (our sales tax of 20%) will be deducted from the order total. All product prices on our website include 20% VAT.
When you reach the check out pages, after you have selected the intended destination for your order, we will automatically calculate the relevant shipping rate and will deduct VAT off the basket total if applicable. Shipping rates have already been set in include or exclude VAT.
Our products are sold in Pounds Sterling on a delivery duty unpaid basis. If you are purchasing an item from outside of the EU you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance is your responsibility, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Custom policies vary from country to country, so we strongly advise you to check these details with your local customs office before placing an order as you shall not be entitled to cancel your order on the basis of unforeseen duties or levies.

Products shipped to the Channel Islands are not charged VAT. This is because the Channel Islands are not part of the EEC VAT territory. Channel Island residents shipping products to UK mainland addresses will be charged VAT.
Providing your items are in stock we will aim to deliver your order within 10 days, please note that during peak periods you should allow up to 14 days.
In the event that an item becomes out of stock once you have placed your order we will email or phone you with an estimated delivery date, should you wish the option to cancel is possible if you would rather not wait until new stock arrives. Similarly, if for some reason you order cannot be delivered within the specified time we will of course contact you.

PO Boxes
Unfortunately we do not deliver to PO boxes or to BFPO’s (British Forces Posted Overseas).
Packaging
We try to be as environmentally friendly as we can and do our best to recycle. Although we ensure your order is wrapped carefully, securely and beautifully there are times where we may re-use boxes and packaging materials we have received to pack your order. We hope you don’t mind and understand that by reducing, reusing and recycling we are all doing our bit for the planet.
