    We’re fortunate to work with many talented designers and work with them closely on their individual projects for their clients. We’d be delighted to set up a trade account for you too. Please email for more information. Our beautiful table linens and tableware are crafted by artisans the world over, meaning our style is utterly unique. We only buy small quantities in low volume batches, so have a 10% trade discount that is applicable only after an initial £5,000 spend. Please do reach out to us directly, as we know that you may be working on a variety of projects so we can see what we can help with.

  • Tablecloth sizes / Round tables

    With so many beautiful linens to choose from, we know that picking the right style and size can be a little daunting so here are a few steps, which we hope, will help. Most of our styles are made for rectangular tables (these can work on oval shaped tables too). They come mainly in 3 sizes 165x250cm, 165x300cm and 165 x 380cm. Step 1 – Measure the length and width of your table and add roughly 30-40cm around the table (60-80cm in total added to the width and the length of the table). For example, a table measuring 100x180cm works perfectly with our 165x250cm tablecloth. Please be aware that if your table extends, it might be worth getting the next size up to have the tablecloth be versatile for larger gatherings or get 2 different sizes for all occasions! Step 2- When choosing a tablecloth, think about your dining room décor as well as your favourite dinnerware. Your tablecloth is the harmonising note in this melody and so should unite all the elements, much like the perfect dinner party, where all the guests are brought together.   • Round / Square / Oval / Custom made Table Linens

    Tables come in all shapes and sizes and so we are on hand to help with advice. We offer a bespoke, made to measure service to help you find your ultimate tablecloth, tailored entirely to you and your table. Our hand painted collections of Full Field, Cornice, Falling Flowers, Ink, Edge, Words & Falling Stars can be made to your exacting bespoke requirements.   • Care and Washing

    All of our linens are made from pure linen and are machine washable, so they are both practical as well as beautiful. We advise to wash at 40-60 degrees Celsius on a normal washing machine cycle, using your preferred washing liquid and conditioner, avoid cold washes or a long eco cycle. For our hand painted linens never leave the linen soaking for more than 10 minutes in water, cold or hot.For stains, we suggest putting soap directly to the fabric and leave for five minutes before washing on a normal cycle. Do not use Vanish or other stain removing / whitening products as they will coat the colour of your tablecloth with a pale layer of white and may cause the colour of your table linens to run and lose their vibrant look. You can tumble dry our linens for a beautiful soft crushed relaxed linen look. We advise 70 degrees for a softer effect or 90 degrees for a more crushed finishing. We recommend to only iron the edges and leave the beautiful natural crushed linen look to add texture to the tablescape. 

  • Out of Stock / Pre - Order

    The majority of our tableware and homeware is handcrafted and ordered in small batches. So even when we are out of stock, we can help pre-order your chosen item so that it is guaranteed for you.   • Glassware

    We have so many ornate pieces of glassware to choose to suit any occasion, whether it’s a more formal setting or a casual affair outdoors. Every design that we stock is beautiful, elegant and of course, delicate! We always recommend hand washing in place of dishwashers. All modern heirlooms are worthy of that extra TLC as they bring so much joy!

    Our beautiful table linens, tableware and homeware items are carefully selected for their unique and timeless style – our items are neither trend or season led. Due to this nature, we do not offer seasonal sales, only a limited trade discount programme. We do, however, host an annual sample sale and one or two promotional events throughout the year.   • Delivery / Shipping

    Nothing pleases us more than knowing our tableware and homeware is off to a new home and we’re always thrilled to see our items go overseas. Please get in touch and let us know what you are looking for and where you would like to have your items delivered.  We can set up a quote for you and organize shipping and delivery to all four corners of the globe. We use efficient couriers who make sure that your delicate and special order is protected and fully insured to reach you in perfect condition.

  • I’ve forgotten my login / password?

    If you are a registered customer, your login is the email address you entered when you registered. To get your password again, click on ‘MY ACCOUNT’ at the top of the homepage, then click on ‘FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD’. Enter your email address and a new password will be sent to your email address.

  • How do I change the information on my account?

    Click on ‘MY ACCOUNT’ at the top of the homepage, enter your login (email address) and password, you will then be able to change your details and view your orders.

  • How do I unsubscribe to the newsletter?

    Simply click on the link titled “UNSUBSCRIBE” located at the bottom of the Summerill & Bishop e-newsletter.

  • Can I use my discount code more than once?

    This depends on the type of code you have received, you will be made aware of this upon receipt of your code.

  • Will there be additional duties and taxes payable on my purchase?

    You will be liable for all duties or levies payable at any foreign port as a result of delivery of good to countries outside of the United Kingdom.

  • How do I know if my order has been successful?

    You will receive an automated email to confirm your order has been received and is being processed. You will receive a second email to confirm your order had been dispatched.

  • Is it possible to have gift wrap?

    Our gift wrapping service is available for all online orders. The cost of having your order gift wrapped is £5.50. Clickherefor further information on gift wrapping.

  • Can I collect from your shop?

    Yes, place your order online and once you reach the "Shipping Method" section of Checkout - you will see the option to select "Collect in Store". Keep this checked and it will be added to your order as free delivery.

  • What cards do you accept?

    Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Switch, Maestro, Solo and American Express. All payments are in pounds sterling (£). We also accept Paypal, but we do not accept cheques.

  • Do your prices include VAT and what happens if VAT charges do not apply?

    All product prices on our site are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of the European Union sales tax (VAT). If your order is being dispatched outside the European Economic Community (EEC) then VAT will be automatically deducted.

    Please note - shipping charges are quoted exclusive of VAT and calculated at checkout if applicable.

    Products shipped to the Channel Islands are not charged VAT. This is because the Channel Islands are not part of the EEC VAT territory. Channel Island residents shipping products to UK mainland addresses will be charged VAT.

  • When will my card be charged?

    Your card will be charged as soon as the order is placed.

  • Can I change my delivery address?

    If you have made a mistake with your delivery address or want to change it please contact us immediately on+44 (0) 207 221 4566 No change of address can be made after your products have been dispatched.

  • Can I choose a different delivery address to the billing address?

    Yes. The first address you enter is the billing address. If you select "ship to different address" then you can enter the address you would like your order shipped to.

  • Will someone need to sign for the delivery?

    Our deliveries must all be signed for as proof of delivery.

  • Can I return a gift item?

    If you are returning a present we will have to refund the person who paid for it. We are happy to exchange your gift but we will also have to inform the original purchaser. For further information on how to return an item please click here.

  • If an item is faulty / damaged whom should I contact?

    We care very much about the products we sell and take great care to ensure you receive your goods in perfect condition. However if the goods are damaged or faulty please contact us on (0) 207 221 4566within 7 days.

  • You have sent me the wrong item?

    Please return the item to us in the original packaging. Once the item has been returned we will send the correct item back to you and reimburse any costs you have incurred in sending the incorrect item back to us.

  • How long does it take to process returns and receive my refund?

    As long as the returned item meets our refunds criteria please allow at least 7 working days for your return order to be processed and the amount to be credited to your card.

  • Who pays for return postage?

    You are responsible for the cost of returning an item to us. If you are returning an item for a refund, we will refund you the value of the items returned minus the original delivery cost. We will not reimburse the cost of you returning the item to us.

  • I have returned an item, how long will a replacement or exchange take to arrive?

    After your return has been processed and as long as we have the exchange item in stock you should expect to receive the item within 7 working days.
