S&B x Beaverbrook " Fanning the Flames"

Never ones to resist a countryside escape, especially when it involves a little culinary magic, we are thrilled to return this summer to the enchanting gardens of Beaverbrook for another season of their extraordinary hot air balloon dining experience.

This year’s theme, Fanning the Flame, pairs the evocative swirl of our new Marble Fan design with Beaverbrook’s signature open flame Japanese Yakiniku barbecue. It is a feast for all the senses — movement, texture and flavour, served beneath the summer skies in your very own stationary hot air balloon.

Each balloon, dressed in the flowing pattern of our Marble Fan in pink, yellow and green, becomes a haven for four. Guests are welcomed with a cocktail from Silent Pool Gin before embarking on a four-course Japanese dining journey curated by Executive Chef Wojciech Popow, complete with a personal Yakiniku grill to cook over open flame.

Whether by sunlight or starlight, it is a moment designed to linger in the memory.
