A New Season Begins

September is its own kind of beginning. The long days of summer begin to break and slowly we find our way back to the rituals that make a home feel like home.

L’Orangerie in Round captures that moment between seasons. Woven from pure French linen, painterly oranges and delicate blossoms trail across the cloth, carrying a little of summer’s warmth into the days ahead.

Look closely and you’ll see the design gently gathering itself inward, each leafy bough reaching towards the centre, where it meets in a moment of symmetry, echoing the way friends and family come together around the table. 

At the heart of the design lies a softly defined central circle, a natural resting place for a vase or centrepiece. Radiating outward, the white segments echo the natural geometry of an orange when sliced open, each one a subtle nod to the fruit that inspired it. Thoughtfully proportioned, these segments create perfectly sized spaces for individual place settings, bringing a sense of balance, rhythm and intention to the table. 

It is a design about coming together again. About the first supper after the holidays, friends and family reunited again and the simple pleasure of beginning anew.

September is a return, a reset, a reason to gather.
