You may have seen that this year, the Beaverbrook summer balloon dining experience sports our signature hearts. We visited recently on a midsummers evening, when only the stars and the warm glow of our illuminated patchwork hearts lit the sky. Our reflections romantically cast upon the sunken pond surface of the Italian Garden, as we awaited alfresco Japanese dining with a twist. Moments to truly, savour.
