Keeping Our Cool

When the weather insists on being a tad dramatic, you can always rely on the table to remain composed.

The trick, we find, isn't to fight the heat, it's to dress for it. Crisp linen. Cool colours. Think washed denim blues that could lower your temperature by suggestion alone. Fresh grass greens that remind you there are places where the lawn still thrives. A little white to let everything breathe. 

The beauty of a cool palette is that it does half the work for you. Even the simplest supper, fresh tomatoes, a burrata, something fizzing in a glass, suddenly feels considered and refreshing.
