• The grind is adjustable from coarse to fine on both pepper and salt mills. Turning the adjustment knob clockwise gives a finer grind; counter-clockwise gives a coarser grind.

Each mill is approximately:
7 cm high × 5 cm in diameter

Wipe clean with a damp, non-abrasive cloth. Do not use detergents or abrasive cleaners and do not place in the dishwasher. Keep in a dry place. Clean the grinding mechanism with a dry brush before refilling. Use only with dry peppercorns or dry salt, as appropriate.
