SET I : GASTRONOMIC HERBS

A set of six napkins, each with their own illustrative botanical herb study, made to enliven the senses and to entice you into the kitchen.

These savoury ‘gastronomic’ herbs are used to enhance flavour. Go wild for Cucamelon, Parsley, Chive, Thyme, Rosemary & Asparagus leaf.

Herbs are the ultimate palate pleaser – levelling up a dish from basic to brilliant with a mere sprig or sprinkle. They bridge that sweet spot where delicious and healthy meet, with their enticing aromas, fresh flavours, and vivid green colour. A veritable feast for the senses.

The term ‘fresh linen’ takes on a whole new meaning…

Each napkin is printed onto 100% pure linen.

A little message about our printed linens…
Linen is much loved for its natural and irregular look. We’ve developed techniques in our manufacturing process to relax and soften the textured surface of the fabric, meaning your tablecloth and napkins may feature some small white spots and areas of fading on its printed surface. These irregularities are normal and make each item entirely unique.

Wash at up to 60 degrees on a regular cycle (avoid “eco” or longer cycles).
Never soak for longer than 10 minutes and avoid using Vanish and other whitening products.
Tumble dry at 70 degrees for a soft effect, and 90 degrees for a more crushed finish.
We don't recommend ironing the full cloth in order to keep the linen’s lovely crumpled texture intact, but we do like to iron the edges to give it a sharper edge.

50cm x 50cm / 20 x 20 In.

The Story

Health consciousness is at the forefront of our mind when stocking the pantry and making meals for our family. No matter your level of skill in the kitchen, we can all find comfort in the fact that cooking healthily with fresh ingredients and herbs is an act of self-care, an act that is one of the most powerful tools we have, to influence our health and nourish our bodies. Think of meal preparation as meditative, a process to be savoured just as much as the food you’re about to consume or the herbal tea you’re about to sip. Not to mention too, the uplifting effect herbs have on your senses and mental wellbeing.
