A Study in Blue & Rose

Washed denim blue, softened by light and time, brings such a sense of ease; the faded blue of well loved French linen, summer skies at dusk, a favourite shirt worn over and over. 

Rose pink introduces something more sensual. Bashfully flushed cheeks, the blush of a late-afternoon sky, petals fallen upon a table...

Together, they create a palette that feels both irresistibly romantic.

We love to layer the shades rather than match them precisely: chalky blues beside deeper indigo, pale blush alongside richer rose. The subtle variations give the table depth, allowing colour to unfold gradually across linen, glass and flowers.

The result is unmistakably summery, but never obvious...
