INSTAGRAM COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Summerill & Bishop ltd Instagram “£500 gift card giveaway” competition Terms and Conditions.
- The promoter is Summerill and Bishop Ltd, a registered business in England.
- There is no purchase necessary and no entry fee to enter the competition, however you will need an internet connection and access to Instagram. No refund may be claimed for expenses incurred in participating in the promotion, including in relation to the use of the internet.
- To participate in this competition, followers must sign up to our ‘Meanderings’ newsletter via the link in our bio. If they are already signed up, they will be added automatically. They must also follow @summerillandbishop on Instagram, like the post and tag three friends in the comments under the post image.
- This competition will run until 8pm on Thursday 25th November 2021. There will be one winner, selected at random, after the competition deadline of 8pm on Thursday 25th November 2021, who has fulfilled the criteria above. Entries made after this point will not be counted.
- The competition is open to all, Worldwide, aged 18 years or over, except employees of Summerill & Bishop Ltd and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
- The prize consists of a £500 Summerill & Bishop gift card, that can be used on any item in both Summerill & Bishop’s stores and website.
- If you are the lucky winner, you will be contacted by @summerillandbishop only via direct message on Instagram, and you will need to provide your email address, contact phone number and home address as instructed at the time of being announced as our winner. Further details may then be provided by Summerill & Bishop as to how you claim your prize.
- We reserve the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
- We reserve the right to exclude any entries which we believe to be inappropriate, fraudulent or based on misconduct.
- The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part.
- The winner will have 48 hours to claim their prize from the date that they are announced as a winner. After this time we reserve the right to select a new winner.
- The decisions of Summerill & Bishop are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- By taking part in this promotion, all participants consent to Summerill & Bishop collecting, storing and using their personal data submitted in their entry, for the purposes of this promotion and our ‘Meanderings’ Newsletter.
