Now that our footing is firmly in November, the holidays are very nearly here.

The season where fires roar, trees twinkle, decorations pirouette on branches up high, porches glow with warmth, inviting you to retreat inside after a restorative walk. The halls are decked, as is the table, every room feels nostalgic and magical as anticipation builds...

Much missed faces are home for the holidays, finally. The house is busy with bodies, some luxuriating, some languishing, some longing for lunch to be ready sooner. Any semblance of neat and tidy goes out the window. It's busy and buzzy, and that's what makes it so perfect.

So, come together this Winter, extend the invitation, pile around the dining table and cherish time with those you gather around you.
